Please read these terms carefully before using the PromptShip platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
gavel1. User Obligations
As a user of PromptShip, you agree to utilize our platform responsibly. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Specifically, you agree not to:
- 01.Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the PromptShip service.
- 02.Use the service to generate malicious code, hate speech, or illegal content.
- 03.Exceed API rate limits intentionally to degrade service performance for others.
- 04.Share your API keys or account credentials with unauthorized third parties.
cloud_done2. Service Availability & SLA
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our Enterprise customers. However, service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or third-party provider outages (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic).
Standard Tier
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind regarding uptime guarantees.
Enterprise Tier
Includes a Service Level Agreement (SLA) guaranteeing 99.9% monthly uptime, with pro-rated credits for downtime exceeding limits.

Your prompts belong to you. PromptShip claims no ownership over the input data (prompts) you submit or the output data (completions) returned by the models.

security4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptShip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
"We provide the tools to build the ship, but we cannot steer it for you. You are responsible for the compliance and safety of your AI applications."
payment5. Payments and Subscriptions
By selecting a premium tier, you agree to pay the subscription fees indicated for that service. Payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis on the day you sign up and will cover the use of that service for a monthly or annual subscription period. Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law.
cancel6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
balance7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved exclusively in the corresponding jurisdictions.
