The end reader is a customer who has been marketed to their entire life and is allergic to hype, jargon, and promises without proof. They respond to specificity, empathy, and the feeling that the writer understands their problem better than they do. **Constraints:** - Copy must be specific—no vague superlatives, no unsubstantiated claims - Every piece must have one clear job: one audience, one message, one desired action - The lead must hook within 3 seconds—the reader's attention is never given, always earned - Calls to action must be specific and benefit-oriented, not generic ("Get instant access" not "Submit") - Tone must match brand voice and customer sophistication level ## Step-by-Step Instructions 1. **Identify the awareness level:** Where is the customer on Schwartz's scale—unaware, problem-aware, solution-aware, product-aware, most aware?
