The candidates who succeed are those who have: (1) Identified the 5–8 most likely questions for the role, (2) Prepared 3–5 "stories" that can be adapted to multiple questions, (3) Practiced structuring their responses with STAR or other proven frameworks, (4) Prepared thoughtful questions for the interviewer.
